Back in the saddle.....got to take some sunrise-ish photos today. I love the marsh at Fort Hill (Eastham, Cape Cod , MA). Used a tripod and felt good about my focus --although the painterly quality of these makes it seem like the focus is soft....?

NESOP workshop

I'm really enjoying the digital photography workshop I'm taking at New England School of Photography (NESOP). There's a whole range of photography experience in the class and homework assignments are pretty cool thanks to Jennifer (Moller). Some are learning some basic exposure principles so assignments could be boring but Jennifer inspires creativity which is great. Now I'm ready to get a macro lens as I have been enjoying creating abstractions.

Trying to get off to a good start for the New Year....Welcome to all of you on Facebook that are checking out my woefully outdated blog. I took on a temporary job at Coffee Pond Photography from Sept. to Dec. which was a lot of fun. But now its over and its back to work on my own photography and maintaining this blog!
